A high school friend has asked for any advice in our facebook group about her having two chemical pregnancies in a row. One in our batch replied that she has suffered one last month too. I wonder, do you know anyone who experienced this and still got to be pregnant and deliver a baby successfully?

I haven't heard about it too. But according to MadeForMums:

"A chemical pregnancy is actually a very early miscarriage, which takes place before anything can be seen on an ultrasound scan – usually around the fifth week that you are pregnant. It means that a sperm has fertilised your egg, but later on, the egg fails to survive."

I have one friend in our circle who suffered from this twice in a year. He and his wife went to a specialist and they had to be very careful in overall health including stress management to avoid yet another chemical pregnancy, and they had a bouncing baby boy within the next year.
