I haven't experienced labor. I had my baby delivered via emergency c-section. I'm curious. How long does it take to push the baby all the way out?

With cervical dilation complete, it's time to help your baby through the birth canal by pushing. In all, delivery generally takes 30 minutes to an hour (second and subsequent babies usually pop out a lot faster than first ones), but it can be as short as a few minutes — or as long as several hours.

Yes, I believe Primi babies tend to take 30 minutes to an hour depending on the mother. Way to go. I really salute mothers who deliver via normal delivery. The pain that you all are going thru. Gosh, I don't think I will be able to do it myself.
