Is it normal to have breast, pelvic and abdominal pain in my early stage of pregnancy?

I had so much breast pain in the beginning it was unreal. I would speak to your OB about the pelvic and abdomen pain. I'm sure it's not unheard of but I would do it just to be safe.

I think it is normal if you experience that pain since those are early signs of pregnancy.

Pelvic or abdominal pain can occur in early pregnancy and is a symptom that should be reported to your doctor immediately. While usually due to something non-life threatening such as an ovarian cyst or constipation, it can also be the earliest sign of an ectopic pregnancy, which is a medical emergency.

I totally agree. Anything unusual, we should report it immediately to our doctor.
