Tip for morning sickness

    Almost all of us have been there, and sometimes we don't want to drink water only or chew ice chips.
    Here is a better way of dealing with nausea and vomiting:

    I think this can apply to waking up to a hangover as well... lol!

    I used to do this with fruit juices and lemonade to help with my morning sickness. It's very effective! :D

    Thanks for the tip. Also, they say that ginger can be a stomach soother and can relieve nausea symptoms. Sipping cold ginger ale, or adding a slice of raw ginger to water or tea may help sooth your stomach. :)
